Young Guns

This is a required course for youth members ages 12-15 who wish to use the fitness center. It is an educational program addressing the components of exercise to include; strength and cardio-respiratory conditioning, flexibiity and nutrition as well as proper weight room etiquette. Instructors will assist class participants in developing and implementing a personalized, well-rounded fitness program.

                            Wilkes Family YMCA  

 

Current Session is FREE to YMCA Members. Pre-registration and waiver clearance are required. Please register at the Wilkes Family YMCA business offices. Classes are limited to 15 participants. Wait list is available.

     Part I will meet Friday from 5:00pm-9:00 pm.

Part II is continued on Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm. Participants must attend both days.
