YMCA EXPRESS

September Group Exercise & Cycle Class Schedule

 

Wilkes Regional Medical Center, Rehab Services is responsible for the scheduling, maintenance & staffing of the pool currently located nearthe EXPRESS YMCA location. They will be hosting 10:00 & 11:00 am Water Walking and Arthritis Water classes on Monday through Thursday. Please contact Rehab Services Robert Carlton for further information.
