Individual & Group Personal Training/Specialty Instruction The Wilkes Family YMCA Personal Training Program provides specialized training by certified instructors to meet the needs of our members. Your personal trainer will work with you to optimize your physical and mental well-being while teaching you techniques to help fit exercise into your busy schedule. All sessions are 1 hour long.

We have the perfect solution for you! Personal Training To Go gies you the personal attention you want but in a timeframe that fits into your schedule and meets your specific needs. All sessions are 30 minutes long.
Sports Conditioning/Skill Development Training For our recreational and competition athletes we offer sports-specific skill development and conditioning for several different sports, including: Football, Basketball, Track & Field, Tennis, Soccer, Baseball/Softball, Wrestling, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Swimming.
