Y Personal Trainer? Regardless of age or fitness level, one-on-one training with a YMCA personal trainer can provide you with the necessary tools to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.

It can provide:

  • Weight loss/management
  • Increased strength, endurance, and flexibility
  • Post-rehabilitation conditioning
  • Diseased management/prevention
  • Off-season training
  • Pre-event conditioning

Personal PilatesSessions are also available through the personal training department.

Hourly Rates:

$35.00/ Hour - YMCA Member

$50.00/ Hour -  Non-Member
